At EIJN we serve lunch on weekdays in the form of fresh and filling salads. Our salads are made entirely from scratch in our own kitchen, using local ingredients as a starting point. The way to a fresh and nutritious lunch has never been simpler. Enjoy your salad either in our cozy interior or as a takeaway.
EIJN Salads:
Our lunch concept is simple but rich in flavour: all our salads are served with a base of green salad, tomatoes, cucumber and a variation of pickled vegetables. Choose between three filling bases and round it off with your favourite protein options and dressings.

We can also deliver larger quantities of salads – e.g. for your company event or for a joint lunch at the office.

In the Blue Room?
In the Blue Room, which is right next to our wine cellar, you can book your group for a hen party, birthday party or some other event in the evening. During lunchtime, the space is perfect for meetings or workshops. The Blue Room can accommodate groups of up to 18 people.
