At EIJN we serve lunch on weekdays in the form of fresh and filling salads. From Wednesday evening to Saturday evening, EIJN is transformed into a wine bar where, in addition to a good glass of wine, you can also enjoy tapas or a classic cocktail.

Our salads are made entirely from scratch in our own kitchen, using local ingredients as a starting point. Enjoy your salad either in our cozy interior or as a takeaway. We can also deliver larger quantities of salads – e.g. for your company event or for a joint lunch at the office.
